Description of : Commander Toolbar is an IE toolbar from www.direct-ip.com that hijacks the user's browser and changes start page/search page settings. It installs ietb.dll and sbb.dll in Windows system32 directory; changes IE's homepage to about:blank, redirects mistyped URLs to direct-ip.com, and is quite difficult to remove.
