ZServ is a Transponder variant that came out along with BTGrab. Once installed, it connects to its controlling server zserv.biz to send information collected about your surfing habits and the information is used to display ads while you surf. ZServ also connects to its server to download and execute arbitrary code as a self-updating feature. This is a grave threat to your system and your online privacy as it also installs other Transponder variants that may impair computer.
