Xolox is a peer-to-peer (P2P) program that enables users of Xolox and other popular P2P programs (Kazaa, iMesh, Grokster, Limewire, and others) to connect to one another and share various forms of files like music, photos, and software. While it claims that is adware-free, it bundles the WurldMedia spyware which is known to install a browser plug-in that logs visits to known web sites and redirects to a third party server in order to steal the fees on web site ads clicked.
