Description of Syncwait :
SyncWait hijacks your search pages to direct all searches to www.searchant.com. It drops the sasync.dll file on your Windows\System or Windows\System32 folder, and creates a registry that allows it to run each time you start your computer. Once installed, it also adds various icons on your desktop. It also causes Windows RunDLL32 application to have an error.
